Michael Pang, a former Director of Corporate Development for a Singapore listed company, was certified by the American Society for Quality as a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer and Reliability Engineer.
The PSB (formerly SPRING Singapore) appointed him as an official Singapore Quality Awards Assessor for three consecutive years: 1997 to 1999.
He was invited to speak at the National Conference on Malcolm Baldridge Criteria in Higher Education by Auburn University (USA).
The American Society for Quality Programme Committee of the Six Sigma Annual Conference chose him to lead in the first six-hour of the Pre-Conference Session in 2004. The theme was ‘Excellent by Design.’
He is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology (USA) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Hons) and Master’s degree in Engineering Management. He is also a WDA-ACTA Certified Trainer & Assessor.
